During this class, students will engage in a week of intensive professional baking instruction. They'll learn crucial safety and sanitation practices, including SERVSAFE essentials, as well as delve into food math and STEM basics. Through hands-on experience in a licensed kitchen under the guidance of an award-winning chef, they'll master the art of creating high-end professional pastries. With class sizes limited to 5 students, each participant will receive personalized instruction. Additionally, a simple lunch will be provided for all attendees!

This series is designed for students who are either more mature or who have already completed the first pastry camp. This series builds upon the first series. They'll continue to learn crucial safety and sanitation practices, including SERVSAFE essentials, as well as delve into food math and STEM basics. Through hands-on experience in a licensed kitchen under the guidance of an award-winning chef, they'll master the art of creating high-end professional pastries. With class sizes limited to 5 students, each participant will receive personalized instruction. Additionally,

This class is for students with disabilities to create basic baked goods items. In this class, we will make chocolate chip cookies, a quick bread, such as banana bread, and a breakfast muffin, such as blueberry. Students will learn how to Mise en Place a recipe, do basic food math, and execute a recipe to the end, and learn the joy of safe baking!
Basic Baking 101
(for those
with Disabilities)
This is a 1-day session on preparing basic cupcakes. Students will learn how to bake two different flavors of cupcakes, learn how to make a basic buttercream and will be given the opportunity to decorate in a variety of designs. Students will also be taught basic skills of Mise En Place and food math.

Summer Fun
During this 1-day session, each student will chose a cake flavor (choice of butter or chocolate), learn how to make a basic buttercream, and decorate a cake. They will learn basic techniques with piping bags. They will have two choices of designs to chose from: a seashell/nautical/beach themed cake with mermaid tail or edible chocolate shells. The second choice
will be decorated flower cake.
Pasta Dishes
(for those
with Disabilities)
This class is geared towards those with disabilities. In this class, students will learn how to make spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Alfredo. Students will be able to prepare, cook and sample an Italian meal. They will learn basic kitchen skills such as Mise en Place, food safety and sanitation, how to cook pasta, sauces, meatballs and chicken.
During this 1-day session, students will learn how to create pizzas and pretzels from scratch. They will learn basic food math and will review the basics of food safety and sanitation and how to Mise En Place. They will have an opportunity to bake their own pizza with a choice of toppings and make some pretzels.
